INVENTORY
As our inventory fluctuates from day to day, please call to check inventory before placing your order.

ORDERS
Orders may be placed via phone, fax or email. Please state clearly: 1. Model Number; 2. Quantity; 3. Color and Finish; 4. Any Options. An order confirmation will be generated and sent. Please verify your order for accuracy upon receipt. Special orders must be accompanied by a written purchase order and a 50% deposit. Special orders not picked up within five days of arrival will be invoiced.

PRICING
Prices in this catalog are Manufacturer’s Suggested List prices in effect at time of printing - pricing is subject to change. N9NE Furniture Group is not responsible for printing errors in the pricer or catalog—please confirm pricing at time of ordering. Please note: Price increases may occur due to tariffs imposed by the US Government.

SHIPPING
Routing, including will-calls, should be clearly specified on the purchase order, and all stock orders must be picked up or delivered within 30 days or may be subject to cancellation. The company's delivery schedule is subject to truck capacities, road or weather conditions, holidays, and other unforeseeable circumstances. Delivery of goods is dock-to-dock only, and any shipments going to places without a dock must be an approved delivery address and may incur extra fees. Due to fluctuation of orders being shipped on company trucks, specific delivery times cannot be accommodated. The customer's signature without written exception signifies that the order was received in full.

If product is shipped via common carrier from the warehouse, customers must designate collect or third-party billing information, carrier name, carrier's phone number, their account number with the carrier, and complete consignee name, address and phone number. It's important to note any visible damage on the carrier's delivery receipt at the time of delivery, take photos, and notify N9NE within 3 business days to report any damages or shortages.

CREDIT
Credit will be extended to accounts with satisfactory credit ratings. Any past due accounts will have orders held until balance is satisfied. NSF checks subject to $40.00 service charge and automatically change account credit status to C.O.D, requiring money orders or certified check.

TERMS
Net 30 days from date of invoice. 1.5% service charge on invoices over 30 days. Minimum billing charge is $15.00.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations will be accepted on stock items. Special order/non-stock items cannot be canceled.

RETURNS
Merchandise will not be accepted back without prior approval and will be subject to 15% restocking charge (plus carton or freight charges). All returns must be within 30 days of the invoice date. Special order / non-stock items cannot be returned. All Return items must be unused, in its original, unopened packaging, carton, wrap, etc. and the carton must be free of additional markings. All internal packaging, bubble wrap, cardboard corners, etc. must be in place. Ready-to-assemble furniture is not returnable if the manufacturer’s carton has been opened and the contents removed for assembly and/or is assembled.

RETURN PROCEDURE: Notify N9NE as soon as damage/problem is discovered to obtain a Return Authorization (RA). Submit photos via email showing damage prior to any assembly. Assembled product will not be considered for credit. We will make 3 attempts to pick up if we delivered. If not returned within the 3 attempts, the RA will be canceled and no credit given. A credit will be issued upon inspection and approval of returned product.

DAMAGES AND SHORTAGES
N9NE Truck Delivery: Please note any damage or shortages on the delivery receipt and contact N9NE customer service immediately for resolution.

N9NE is not responsible in any way for additional installation fees because of shortages or damages or factory defects.
Third-Party Delivery: All shipments are delivered to the transportation company “in good condition” at which time our responsibility ceases. Any damage or loss incurred should be noted on delivery receipt and a freight claim should be filed with the transportation company.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES MAY CLAIMS BE DEDUCTED IN SETTLEMENT OF N9NE INVOICES.
